Job Description
: As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Your role will involve understanding clients' needs and financials to propose solutions that suit them best.
Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent for at least 2 years
• Proven track record of sales achievements
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of local property market dynamics
• MS Office familiarity
