Property Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Agent(Offplan Expert) having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai.
• Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs and satisfaction are met.
• Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.
Requirments :
• Should have minimum of 2 years Real Estate Experience.
• Should be flexible and having excellent communication skills.
• Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market.
• Proficient knowledge of real estate industry.
• Self-Motivated & Hardworking.
