Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated with market trends and property values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or relevant sales experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
