Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant specializing in off-plan and secondary market properties in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, particularly in advising clients on purchasing properties in both developmental stages (off-plan) and established markets (secondary).
This role requires exceptional market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties, including current trends and pricing.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

4000 aed + Comm
