We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven, outgoing, and customer-focused, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes or sell their properties. As a Property consultant with The King Brothers Properties LLC, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, guide them through the leasing, buying or selling process, and ultimately help them achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, market conditions, and property values.

- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

- Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.

- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.

- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents to facilitate real estate transactions.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and uphold professional standards.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
