As a Sales person, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Showing properties to clients and providing in-depth information
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the real estate market
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
