As a Sales person, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Identifying and qualifying potential leads
Conducting market research and analysis
Showing properties to clients and providing in-depth information
Negotiating and closing deals
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and understanding of the real estate market
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
