You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify potential properties and staying up-to-date on market trends. - Assisting clients in determining their property needs and preferences. - Showcasing properties to clients and providing detailed information about features, amenities, and market value. - Negotiating sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients. - Facilitating property inspections and appraisals. - Collaborating with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure a seamless transaction process. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
