ABOUT THE ROLE Unique Property is looking to hire Property Consultants specializing in Secondary Market. They will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it. The ideal candidate should have experience of at least a year in secondary sales in Dubai. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends and identify their needs and preferences \xc2\xb7 Generating leads (buyers and/or sellers) in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations \xc2\xb7 Promote sales through available advertisement channels, open houses, events, etc. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that listings of properties are posted with genuine information about location, features, square footage, etc. and that are made in compliance with all necessary regulation \xc2\xb7 Plan and conducts viewings of properties to present to potential buyers or acquire potential sellers \xc2\xb7 Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the secondary property value \xc2\xb7 Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers \xc2\xb7 Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools \xc2\xb7 Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with the UAE real estate market rules and regulations \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with market trends and conditions and counsel clients on all property-related matters, prices and mortgage opportunities \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team and suggest new and innovative ideas for lead generation \xc2\xb7 Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met \xc2\xb7 Be involved in the preparation of loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction \xc2\xb7 Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process and ensure customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Must be eligible for a work visa in Dubai as we will provide one \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Secondary Market \xc2\xb7 UAE driving license and a car is a must \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both: sellers and buyers \xc2\xb7 Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and networking skills \xc2\xb7 Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with great dedication \xc2\xb7 Confident decision maker with a can do attitude \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English or any other language is a plus (Dutch, German and Russian are preferred) \xc2\xb7 Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Team player *** We highly appreciate your interest in Unique Properties.
