- Good verbal communication skills.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements and close sales.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends and property values in Dubai.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Sales Executive in a real estate company in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market and legal requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attractive commission structure(40/60)
