Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Finding clients through advertising, business presentations and cold-calling.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Negotiating with real estate agents on behalf of their clients.
Assisting clients in identifying unique opportunities in the real estate market.
Inspecting properties with clients.
Providing market analysis, investment studies and other informational resources.
Ideal Profile
Candidates with 5yrs of work experience are preferred with Real Estate Sales background only. Must have Good Client Relation with UAE Market .
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
