Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition of properties for sale and rent via networking and contacting clients within the company database
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
- Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
- Sales and marketing activities
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Full Marketing support online & offline.
- Ongoing training provided by our Majestic
- Realty team and external partners
- Strong administrative support
- CRM software
- Professional Photographers for your properties
- Competitive commission structure
- Company visa and medical insurance
- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
- Must have ability to obtain a UAE drivers license
