Your Responsibilities
  • Acquisition of properties for sale and rent via networking and contacting clients within the company database
  • Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
  • Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
  • Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
  • Sales and marketing activities
  • Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

Requirements
  • Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role
  • Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication
  • Strong communication skills - written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
  • Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
  • Must have ability to obtain a UAE drivers license
