Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Broker. The Licensed Real Estate Broker will be responsible for daily brokerage operations, including but not limited to marketing and sales of properties, providing customer service to clients, and advising clients on real estate investments. The Licensed Real Estate Broker will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulations, and legal requirements, and will collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales targets. Qualifications
- Strong background in real estate brokerage, sales, and customer service
- Knowledgeable about real property, legal requirements, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- UAE Real Estate License is mandatory
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
