Job Description

Our ideal candidate should have great experience and background in selling an Off Plan and Secondary Market Properties within the U.A.E Region. :
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Manage Clients inquiries in professional way.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • Locate potential clients deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Protect organization\'s values by keeping information confidential.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Achieve monthly target set by the company.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in U.A.E Real Estate Market.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and excellent negotiation skills.
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
  • A proven track record (will be checked).
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Preferably with U.A.E Driving License and Car.
