Arrange open houses for property listing within the communities to increase exposure and traffic and build database. 9. Use existing database to canvas and create prospects from already available resources. 10. Arrange viewing when required, prepare the contract, close the deal, prepare the advert for listing at Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder. Skills To expand our team, we are urgently hiring for ambitious Real Estate Agents who have: 1. At least 1-2 years of experience in UAE\'s real estate. 2. A valid UAE driving license. 3. Proven track record in sales, only in real estate. 4. Working knowledge of Broker Pad and CRM. 5. Strong negotiation skills. 6. Must be fluent in English.
