Hiring Real Estate Professionals World One Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
• Advise clients on the buying, selling, or renting process, including legal and financial aspects.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
• Create and maintain property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
• Actively prospect for new clients through various channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and local real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market trends, neighborhoods, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
