Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Client Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Property Listings:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring up-to-date and accurate listings.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Provide clients with insights and data to support their investment decisions.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote property listings and campaigns.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.

Networking:

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network.
• Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Preferably with valid UAE Driver's license
• Fluency in English is essential. Spoken Arabic, or any other language, is a plus
