Job description

Experience as Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant: Minimum six months to one year experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Broker Card: Ideally the agent is already certified by RERA with its own Broker Card.

Motivated and Driven: Real estate is a competitive field, and success often depends on personal drive. A motivated agent is more likely to go the extra mile to meet client needs and close deals.

Excellent Communication Skills: A good real estate agent should have effective communication. This is crucial in negotiations, explaining complex terms to clients, and understanding their needs.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, combined with patience and persistence to close deals.

Honest Team Player: Being a transparent team player while collaborating with colleague agents when working in a team environment is essential for our company.

Client Centric: Client focused, problem solver, empathetic, dedicated and offers personalized service for the clients.

Languages: Perfect English spoken and written is preferred to enable accurate writing emails and messages. Any other languages are a plus.
