Job Description
• Client Consultation :
• Meet with clients to identify their needs and preferences for property transactions.
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on market insights.
• Market Analysis :
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and availability.
• Analyze and provide reports on the best investment opportunities for clients.
• Property Management :
• Coordinate and facilitate property viewings, inspections, and negotiations.
• Manage property listings across online platforms and networks to maximize exposure.
• Sales and Rentals :
• Assist clients with purchasing, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients.
• Customer Service :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Resolve queries and concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation :
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
