Key Responsibilities :
• Client Consultation :
• Meet with clients to understand their property needs (buying, selling, renting).
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Property Listing and Marketing :
• Create and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale or rent.
• Coordinate property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Develop marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, advertisements, and social media promotions.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure :
• Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and agreements to meet both client and business objectives.
• Facilitate property transactions, ensuring all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.
• Market Research :
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Advise clients on potential investment opportunities based on market research.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales service to ensure client retention and referrals.
• Documentation and Compliance :
• Prepare and review property contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations throughout the process.
• Sales Target Achievement :
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and report progress towards individual sales goals.
