Things to do as Property Consultant:

Contacting clients, generating new leads and offering them consultation via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

Regularly; accurately record all client interaction in the database and ensure that all responses are dealt with, in accordance with customer service standards

Carry out thorough research on identifying profitable properties & opportunities for property listings

Updating her/himself on product knowledge, offers, prices, payment plans on the regular to understand market prices and fluctuations and to have confidence in pitch

Source / generate leads by active networking and relationship building, calling on data and creating listings with proper documentation. Ensure good professional relationship with owners, developers and clients

Assist property owners in promoting their properties and offer advice to potential clients

Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding

Assisting property owners and clients in gathering and submitting legal documents.

Negotiate property deals with property owners, clients or other agents.

Maintaining and updating accurate leads database on CRM System

Make an all-out effort towards building and sustaining long term business relationships.
