As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with current market trends and property valuations.
Property Listings:
Create and manage property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and marketing strategies.
Viewings and Open Houses:
Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiation:
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure optimal outcomes.
Documentation:
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Follow-Up:
Provide ongoing support and communication with clients throughout the buying/selling process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (preferred).
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
