Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent/Property Consultant
Department: Sales (Off Plan & Resale)
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills to join our team as a Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting investors and buyers, ensuring they make informed decisions about property purchases. Your main focus will be on generating leads, driving property sales, and actively contributing to the achievement of our monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Analyze market trends for profitable areas.
Maintain and update an extensive property database.
Achieve monthly sales targets for Off Plan and Resale properties.
Contact and follow up with leads promptly.
Monitor the market for property availability.
Consult clients, advising on suitable investments.
Lead Generation:
Respond promptly to assigned leads.
Generate new leads through various channels.
Customer Service:
Present a professional image.
Follow up with suppliers and respond to inquiries promptly.
Accompany buyers during property visits.
Assist with property handovers.
Prepare required documents and update CRM.
Personal Development & Training:
Attend technical and soft skills training.
Stay informed about project details.
Self-follow up on payment plans and promotions.
Attend company events.
Market Awareness & Competitive Edge:
Compare property prices.
Generate lists based on client needs.
Stay informed about market developments.
Maintain an active social media presence.
Reporting & Process Implementation:
Record and update transactions on CRM.
Ensure accurate data entry in CRM.
Maintain daily and weekly reports.
Abide by company and developers' policies.
Quality Assurance - Documentation:
Deliver accurate information.
Ensure proper document collection.
Prepare SPAs as per requirements.
Coordinate between seller and buyer.
Follow up on NOC requirements.
Seller and Buyer Requirements:
Fulfill documentation requirements for both sellers and buyers.
Additional Requirements:
(Minimum 1 year) of experience in off-plan and resale*.
Knowledge of the current market and developers.*
MUST have a car and driving license.
