Job Title: Property Consultant

Job Overview: As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their property needs. This includes providing expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties. You will leverage your knowledge of the real estate market to guide clients through every step of the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and trends.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about local and national real estate laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, appraisers, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a property consultant in Abu Dhabi
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
