:

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Property Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist our clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional service and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present property listings.

Contact builders/owners to add their properties in our portfolio.

Assist clients in property searches and viewings.

Ensure all available properties are rented out/sold within the shortest time possible.

Provide market analysis and property valuation.

Negotiate offers and contracts with Clients & Owners.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare & Submit daily/weekly reports to management about listing, enquiries and other progress updates.

Manage social media posts and advertisement in real estate portals (Dubbizle/Bayut etc)

Qualifications/Requirements :

3-5 Years of professional experience in real estate or property consulting.

UAE driving license and familiarity with areas & streets within Abu Dhabi emirate.

Own/Sponsored visa

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.

Hands on experience in social media page handling and property listing portals.

Schedule :

Flexible hours to accommodate your availability, with opportunities for weekend work.

Work from home/remote work opportunity.

Compensation :

AED 2,500 per month with potential for growth.
