1. Property Management:

• Oversee the management of residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties.
• Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

2. Real Estate Transactions:

• Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing market insights and property comparisons.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.

3. Client Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and expertise throughout the real estate process.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
