We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a customer-focused approach.

The preferred candidate is female and will be responsible for providing property advice and assistance to clients, ensuring that their real estate needs are met effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and collaborate with an experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships through professional and proactive communication.
• Present and promote properties to prospective clients.
• Prepare and review property documents, contracts, and listings.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Manage negotiations and facilitate property transactions with integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or real estate (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
