We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts.
Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately based on market analysis and current trends.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
Guide clients through the real estate transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
