Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

Salary Plus Commission!

An Off-Plan Property Consultant helps his or her clients purchase, rent, or sell properties. They advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

Responsibilities

« Provide guidance and assist tenants and buyers in Renting / purchasing property price under the best terms.

« Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose right options for them.

« Scheduling Viewings and showing their clients the suitable property for them.

« Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

« Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.

« Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

« Convince and follow up with his clients on daily Basis. « Negotiate the best prices for rental and sales for his clients.

Requirements *Must be in UAE to attend Face 2 Face Interview *6 month or above of Real estate sales experience *UAE Driving License + CAR. *Proven track of successful sales record *Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills *Experience as a Real Estate Agent is an Advantage
