Position Overview:

As a Property Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and managing client relationships in Dubai's competitive real estate landscape. If you have at least 6 months of real estate experience, a keen eye for detail, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the development of the company's overall sales strategy and initiatives, focusing on effective sales tactics. Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and maximizing revenue from existing listings. Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Oversee property listings in our CRM systems (PFExpert, Bayut Portfolio) and manage Property Finder credits, ensuring listings are optimized as Featured and Premium. Maintain high-quality standards for property listings to enhance visibility on various platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle). Ensure compliance with local regulations, including handling listing permits through Trakheesi and managing RERA card renewals for brokers. Create and manage necessary documentation in the Dubai REST app, ensuring all forms (Contract A, B, F, Form I, NDA, LOI, etc.) are complete and accurate. Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers through phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website, ensuring clear communication. Facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating between buyers and sellers, organizing essential documents for completed rental and sale transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE real estate sector. At least 2 years of real estate experience, with specific experience in Dubai required. Familiarity with CRM systems such as PFExpert, Bayut Portfolio, Property Finder Manager, and Dubizzle is advantageous. Knowledge of Trakheesi and the Dubai REST app is a plus. Strong customer service skills with effective communication across multiple platforms. Proficiency in social media and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High ethical standards, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
