is seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our dynamic team as a

Property Advisor

with minimum of (1) year of experience in Real Estate or similar role.

Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, developers & investors.

- Engage and understand potential client needs to offer a competitive deal.

- Conduct property viewing and provide expert advices.

- Generate leads through marketing & networking.

- Represent the company in a professional manner.

- Ensure complete client satisfaction by offering exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process.

Qualification:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a property advisor or similar role.

- Strong communication & negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of relevant computer applications with laptop.
