Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Property Advisor

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and property trends.
Maintain strong knowledge of real estate laws, procedures, and regulations in the UAE.
Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and contract processes.
Develop and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and investors.
Promote properties through various marketing channels (online platforms, social media, etc.).
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Experience

: Minimum

6 Months to 2 years

in real estate or sales.

Education

: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Skills

: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Languages

: Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
