Your day to day:
Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that each listing is marketed effectively to attract potential buyers.
Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiation and signing of contracts.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
Organised Revisiting old enquiries / keeping track of workload i.e. properties / time management
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 1-year experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
Fluency in English is essential; however, we are keen to speak to as many bilingual candidates!
Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with global clientele.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for real estate.
Nice to have Driving licence but not required
