Position : Property Advisor

Location : Dubai

Term s: Permanent & Full time

Range : As per UAE standards

Requirement : UAE Experience is mandatory

About Role : Assisting clients in buying, renting, or selling properties in Dubai

Arranging and conducting property viewings/property valuations

Negotiating prices between buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants

Keeping track of deal status while liaising with our Sales Progression team

Sourcing and developing relationships with potential buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants

Collaborating with other agents/brokers to expand your network, share information and successfully close deals

Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times

Source and provide information including marketing literature on new developments

To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized

Staying up to date with the latest property trends, pricing and regulations in the Dubai Real Estate market

Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily

REQUIREMENTS

Full, clean UAE driver's license and own car

Self-motivated & proactive

Sales & target driven

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Client focused

Smart business dress at all times

Real Estate experience preferred but not essential
