Responsible for managing and marketing Prosper Intl Real Estate in Dubai.
Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers, renters, sellers, through offline platforms.
Advising the clients regarding real estate market conditions, investment potential and prices of our products.
Visting and checking multiple properties as needed.
Assisting clients in buying, selling, and understanding their needs and preferences.
Be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.
Determine the financial capabilities and needs of clients to recommend solutions that are tailored to their circumstances.
Schedule meetings and project viewings with potential clients.
Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and developers.
