Urgently looking for Property Admin & Office secretary for a short term period 2 months; Responsibilities: Perform secretarial and office admin assignments. Arrange for rental property and private villas repair & maintenance. Maintain correspondence with tenants and other clients. Prospecting for clients for vacant apartments. Oversee vehicles repairs and maintenance. Maintenance of property records. Rent collection and keeping rent records. Qualifications: Atleast 1 year experience in Property management. Bachelors Degree in any field Civil works preferred. Bahrain Driving Licence (Prefered) Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Computer proficiency is a must.
