The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties for sale or rent, conducting market analyses, and working closely with property owners to ensure successful transactions. Responsibilities: - Secure listings for residential and commercial properties for sale or rent. - Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive listing prices. - Advise property owners on how to best prepare their properties for listing. - Create and execute effective marketing plans for listed properties, including online listings. - Gathering photos for properties and creating appealing descriptions to attract potential buyers or renters. - Negotiate offers and counteroffers between property owners and potential buyers or renters. -Receive requests from our real estate agents and provide them with information. - Maintain regular communication with property owners, keeping them informed of the listing process and any offers received. - Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes. - Use real estate software and tools to manage listings and client information. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred). - Proven experience as a Property Listing Agent or similar role in real estate. - Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. - Excellent sales and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g. CRM systems). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
