We are looking for energetic and results-driven Promoters to join our team. As a promoter, you will play a key role in showcasing our real estate projects and driving sales through direct interaction with potential buyers.

• Promote real estate projects to potential buyers through direct marketing, events, and exhibitions.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable property options.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital media to raise awareness of the company's offerings.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective buyers through face-to-face interactions and networking.
• Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and payment plans to potential clients.
• Assist clients in scheduling site visits and accompany them to showcase the properties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
• Represent the company professionally at property expos, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Gather feedback from potential customers and share insights with the marketing and sales teams.
• Stay updated on the company's portfolio and market trends to address client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
Experience:
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a promoter, sales associate, or in a similar role, preferably in real estate.
Other Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.
