Responsibilities:

• Generate new enquiries and cultivate relationships with potential customers while maintaining strong connections with existing contractors.
• Present company profiles and catalogs to prospective clients.
• Proactively approach both known and unknown customers to gather enquiries for all electrical products.
• Participate in projects and actively develop business opportunities.
• Obtain enquiries from contractors, clients, and investors to meet sales targets.
• Review enquiries and provide guidance to the application team in preparing quotations and submittals.
• Follow up on submittals and approvals to ensure timely progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
• Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients.
• Monitor existing projects and coordinate with the service team as needed.
• Maintain communication with customers and factories throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate and provide samples of projects to potential clients.
• Facilitate credit applications for customers and conduct necessary checks.
• Gather feedback from other suppliers and incorporate insights into sales strategies.
• Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Undertake any other assignments as determined by management.
• Take responsibility for all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects.
• Plan, schedule, predict, and manage technical tasks to ensure accuracy, resource efficiency, and quality throughout project execution.
• Follow up on quotations and actively work towards closing orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage.
