This position will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including, but not limited to:

Process, coordinate, and track project orders & documentation.
Monitor and track sales enquiries and sales pipeline.
Support the projects sales team and coordinate sales order pricing, deliveries, and logistics.
Manage inter-departmental coordination for projects.
Ensure prompt communication with customers and resolve queries on timely basis.
Assist with marketing initiatives, requirements, and strategy implementation.
Organize, attend, minute and follow-up team meetings.
Maintain and update CRM as required.
Generate reports & forecasts.
