Projects Planner Landscape & Swimming Pool
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and update stakeholders regularly.Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Report on financial performance and budget variances to senior management.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget
• Identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements :
• 4-5 years of UAE experience in the field of contracting/construction, preferably in landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent budgeting and cost control abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in landscaping and swimming pool construction.
