Job Description

• MUST HAVE ATLEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MARBLE FIELD/Market.
• Provide leadership to position the Marble Factory Business Unit at the forefront of the industry.
• Responsible for project planning and management for all types of projects.
• Ensure that all work executed complies with specifications, Establish a time frame and budget for projects.
• prepare Method of statements & Material submittals for different types of marble scopes/ Activities.
• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations for smooth running of the plant and ensuring the most effective return on assets.
• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Ensure business objectives and production schedules are achieved while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customers' expectations
• Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company's strategic objectives.

• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
• Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule
• Capacity building including designing training programs and execute initial training for technicians together with equipment suppliers
• Participate in machine installation and commissioning together with the suppliers
• Draw up a plan for machinery testing and ensure that all manuals from machinery supplier are available on site during testing
• Identify requirements of raw materials, consumables, to be on site for testing and commissioning and post commissioning running of the plant
• Ensure all supplied machinery are performing according to capacity and that machinery performance is confirmed in writing and ensure suppliers give their guarantees for supplied machinery
• Ensure skills transfer from expatriate staff to local staff to enable smooth transition during project handover
• Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company's strategic objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
