Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Manager to join our team specializing in interior fit-out projects. The Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior fit-out projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Projects Manager or similar role, mandatory in interior fitout projects.
• In-depth knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
