One of the leading real Estate Developer having high end projects is looking for a Projects Manager in Sharjah.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer Representative or working with high end Consultants with a civil engineering background to join our team.

The Developer Representative will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, acting as a liaison between the developer, consultant, and contractor.

The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience, a deep understanding of engineering principles and project management, and the ability to ensure that projects are executed according to the required standards and specifications, and project timeline.

•Responsibilities •:

Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the developer during the construction phase of projects.

• Act as a liaison between the developer, consultant team, and contractor, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues, discrepancies, or potential risks, and provide timely resolutions or recommendations.
• Coordinate with the consultant team to address design changes, modifications, and any unforeseen challenges during construction.
• Collaborate with the contractor to resolve technical queries, clarifications, and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare progress reports, site visit reports, and other documentation as required by the developer collaborating with the consultant team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the consultant, contractor, and project team as needed.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, and inspections as necessary

•Qualifications •:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (10 years) working in a civil engineering role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience working with clients, consultants, and contractors is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
