Job role:
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage and coordinate every aspect of a project: supervises and controls every
activity related to a construction project, including managing work, budget and cost
timetables.
? Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials: This may include ensuring the
team doesn't lack the necessary construction machinery and materials required for a
project.
? Hire and manage a project team: responsible for hiring construction staff and
managing the project team to maximum efficiency and productivity.
? Arrange output and evaluate costs: ensures that deliverables are ready on time by
fixing benchmarks, tracking progress and complying with budgets.
? Confirm compliance with building and safety regulations: This involves promoting
and maintaining health and safety protocols in the construction site, including site
inspection and adherence to building and safety rules.
? Manage construction resources: manages the construction site daily, including
supervising subcontractors, overseeing the workforce, inspecting operations, checking
materials and handling quality control.
? Fulfill contractual conditions: This involves ensuring that the construction project
adheres to the client's specifications and meets the requirements they may have
stipulated.
? Review the work progress regularly: meet regularly with team members to evaluate
their performance, get feedback and examine how to proceed with each stage of the
construction project.
? Prepare internal and external reports: This involves creating a formal document that
provides information about daily activities at the site, the progress of the project and
resource and budget management analysis.
? Prevent and manage challenges: handles crises and disagreements that occur on the
construction site between staff and addresses challenges that come up when working
on the project.
? Manage the legal requirements: This includes negotiating terms of contracts, drafting
agreements and getting the required permits and licenses for a construction project.
? Analyze, manage and mitigate risks: identifies, assesses and controls threats to
operating and completing a project, including financial uncertainties, legal liabilities,
technology problems, strategic management mistakes, accidents and natural
emergencies.
? Manage communication: This involves maintaining regular contact and attending
meetings with clients and their representatives to notify them of progress on the
project and communicating with any subcontractors, planners, consultants,
supervisors, quantity surveyors and other specialists.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering .
2. ?Min 10 years of experience with background on high rise projects in UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Client Representative: 5 years (Required)
• High Rise Buildings: 10 years (Required)
