Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Projects Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

4. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.

5. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

6. Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders regularly.

7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in a industrial work.

2. 7 years of experience in project management or a related role.

3. Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

1. Strong understanding of project management methodologies

2. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in project management software

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

7. Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.

8. Valid UAE driving license
