• Position Title : Project Head
• Location : SHARJAH
• Job Type : Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Projects Sales.
• Initiate follow-up and discussion with existing business partners/ clients/customers on a regular basis and close the business deal.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Act as a liaison between management and project sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Lead the project sales team with the vision of becoming the leading supplier of Porcelain tiles and sanitary ware.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5-7 plus years of experience in sales from Building Materials industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results in a competitive environment.
• Must have expertise in handling projects.
• Must have good communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong understanding in technical aspects of building materials products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
