Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the execution of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, splash pads, and related installations.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Facilitate the preparation, submission, and approval of all necessary drawings.
• Oversee material submittals, ensuring timely approvals from relevant stakeholders.
• Perform material quantity take-offs with detailed specifications.
• Implement value engineering techniques to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Control costs related to materials, manpower, equipment, and machinery.
• Manage all client correspondence, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Prepare and present reports during weekly progress meetings.
• Develop project plans and resource schedules, covering materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Monitor project quality and productivity, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide timely troubleshooting solutions as needed during project execution.
• Coordinate effectively between the project team, clients, and management to maintain smooth operations.
• Address and resolve client complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage material requests and approvals using ERP systems, ensuring compliance with project procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in MEP in swimming pools, water features in UAE
• Should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Immediate joiners would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
