Projects Manager

Job description:

Our company is in need of experienced and motivated Projects Manager with 10 years' experience to effectively coordinate and manage the completion of project on time within budget and scope in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage and allocate site activities and resources on daily basis.Able to manage subcontractors at different site.Successful track of record in Construction Company.Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from begging to end.
• Review and monitor the project in-depth.Ensure schedule of all the deliverables.
• Budget planning and cost estimating.Track inventory regularly.Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations.Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment.Manage and mitigate risks.Always ensure quality construction standards.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related fieldPMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset.Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projectsExcellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized.Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills.Knowledge in MS Office, Excel etc.Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Previous work experience in construction management or another similar role
• Understanding of construction management processes.Able to plan ahead
• Familiar with construction and project management software programs
• Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
• Excellent time management ability
• Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
