Role Overview:

As the Projects Director / Zone Manager, you will lead the successful execution of multiple building construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource management, and strategic decision-making, aligning project delivery with company objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring smooth coordination between design, procurement, execution, and handover phases. Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Lead project teams, including project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors, fostering a high-performance culture. Review and approve project designs, construction methodologies, and execution plans. Conduct site visits to assess work progress and ensure adherence to specifications and safety protocols. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and drive financial efficiency across all construction activities. Work closely with the commercial and procurement teams to optimize resource utilization and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Manage claims, variations, and contractual disputes in coordination with the contracts and legal teams. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Set clear performance targets and regularly assess project team achievements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus). 22-27 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 4 years as a Projects Director managing multiple projects. Strong expertise in high-rise residential/commercial buildings.
