Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Projects Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project documentation, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of both maintenance and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project documentation, including contracts, LPOs, quotations, and reports. Prepare & Coordinate procurement processes Organize and submit online applications for Civil Defense System (training will be provided) Monitor project progress and generate reports (cost vs. income, profit analysis, status updates). Support company profile updates, project listings, and office organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a any field of Engineering. 1+ years of experience in project coordination Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
